You can return any full price (some exceptions; see below) item(s) within 7 days of receiving your product(s).

Shipping costs are not refunded. If you received free shipping and you return your complete order, or if the amount of merchandise you are keeping is $125.00 or less, a standard shipping fee of $10 + tax will be applied and will be deducted from your refund amount.
We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Drop your package in the mail. Postage required. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.

All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns are non-refundable. Upon receipt, to our return centre, returns will be processed within 5 business days. Please allow a few days for your bank to process your return.
CONDITION OF RETURN
Please take care when trying on any product(s)
All product(s) must be returned
unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
with all original tags still attached
no smells i.e perfume, food, smoke, deodorant, washing detergents etc.
free of make-up, self-tan marks and pet hairs
All shoes must be returned: in original shoebox (if received with shoebox) without postage stamps
If you would like an exchange please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request your new size. We will pull your size and hold it for 3 days. Please return your product(s) immediately and send us the tracking number within the 3 day holding period or product will no longer be held. Upon receiving your original return in good condition your new order will be then shipped out with a tracking number.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
For hygienic reasons, the following cannot be returned:
underwear, intimates and hosiery
All SALE and DISCOUNTED items are FINAL SALE no exchanges or refunds will be granted
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To make a return please contact email@example.com with your order number and request of refund. Upon refund approval please return in poly mailer or box to our return centre.
ASSESSING THE RETURN
Return product(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING
Returns are generally processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process refunds.
If you've changed your mind about your online order and wish to cancel it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If you have ordered the wrong size please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we can make this change. We will help you with the cancellation as long as the order has not already been shipped. If you need to make changes to an order you will have to cancel your original order and then place a new order with the items you wish to purchase
